General Rieekan was the leader of the Hoth Echo Base. He organized the evacuation, and later appeared in the DARK EMPIRE comic series.

Again, I needed this guy to go in my Rebel Heirarchy display, next to Madine, both of the ground forces commanders. Not much in the movies, but well rounded in EU.

My first attempt at this guy was laughable. But one day i was toying with spare heads, just plopping them on different bodies, and up came Olie on Han Hoth. I noticed that Ric had similar facial features to Rieekan! ...and off I went. I dremeled off Han's folded over hood, which took awhile, and I went through, so I had to add some sculpey to build it back up. I was upset when I looked at my Hoth Luke and saw that he was everything I needed in the first place :( I added a sculpey collar, rank, and belt buckle. I opted for Tarkin's thighs because the had a baggy, uniform look, much better than Han's thighs. But I kept the boots, 'cause they looked best.
