Take the Swoop apart and keep the handlebars and the steering vanes. Cut the steering rods off the handle bar piece. Add bits of junk until you think it looks cool!
It would take me forever to list all the bits of whatnot that are in this model... a whole lot of junk. (I recommend that every customizer have a huge pile of junk from which to scrounge pieces. For this Swoop, I used pieces of an old electric razor, computer monitors, shower racks, network print servers, swimming goggles, and anything else I could get my hands on.)
