L et's see....what's the inspiration here? hmmm....

Well, first there was "Mini-Me" in AUSTIN POWERS 2: THE SPY WHO SHAGGED ME.
Then there was my Mini-Me Battle Droid last summer.
Then there was my Kid Fett for April Fool's Day.
Then there was David "Gramps" Hannebohn's Mini-Vader the other day.

So, since Alec said he wanted to design some figures, he thought it would be funny to have a "mini" custom...so we chose this one! (Mainly because I had the parts in my cabinet...)

• Darth Sidious (head and arms)
  
• Emperor Palpatine (robe)
  
• Ugnaught (body and leg stump)

A pretty simple custom, actually...just take the Ugnaught body and paint it black. Then, cut Palpatine's robe shorter. Glue the chest pieces together. Quickly slide the body into the robe. Stick the arms into the holes and the head on top. Squeeze the chest together until the glue dries. Then, get started on "Mini-Maul"....?????
